Introducing Job Autopilot
AI-powered job discovery and application automation
Auto-discover and apply to jobs while you focus on interview prep
We're excited to announce the launch of Job Autopilot, a powerful new feature that helps you discover relevant job opportunities and streamline your application process with AI-powered automation.
Job searching is time-consuming. Between browsing multiple job boards, tailoring resumes, and filling out repetitive application forms, job seekers spend an average of 5-8 hours per week just on applications. Job Autopilot changes that.
What is Job Autopilot?
Job Autopilot is an intelligent job discovery and application assistant that:
Discovers Jobs
Automatically searches multiple job boards based on your criteria and preferences
Manages Profiles
Create multiple job search profiles with different targets, resumes, and preferences
Connects Sources
Integrate with popular job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and more
Automates Applications
Prefills and submits applications where permitted, with human-in-the-loop controls
How It Works
Create Your Profile
Set up your job search profile with target roles, locations, salary expectations, and work preferences. Upload your resume and create a reusable answer bank for common application questions.
Connect Job Sources
Connect your preferred job boards and configure search parameters. Job Autopilot supports Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and custom RSS/CSV feeds from company career pages.
Start a Run
Launch a job discovery run with your chosen profile and sources. Job Autopilot will discover relevant opportunities, filter based on your criteria, and queue them for review or auto-application.
Review & Apply
View discovered jobs in your queue. For sites that allow automation, applications are auto-submitted. For others, Job Autopilot prefills forms and lets you review before submitting. Always maintain control.
Responsible Automation
Job Autopilot is designed with ethics and compliance at its core. We respect site Terms of Service and provide human-in-the-loop controls.
Consent-based: You must explicitly consent to automation and confirm you have permission to automate each connected source
ToS compliance: We detect sites that prohibit automation and automatically switch to manual mode
Human-in-the-loop: You can review every application before submission and maintain full control over the process
Rate limiting: Built-in rate limits and human-like delays prevent aggressive automation

Important Notice
Job Autopilot is a beta feature. While we strive for high accuracy and reliability, automated applications may occasionally fail due to website changes, CAPTCHAs, or other protections. Always monitor your application status and follow up manually when needed.
Some job boards explicitly prohibit automation in their Terms of Service. For these sites, Job Autopilot will only provide discovery and prefill assistance—you'll need to submit applications manually.
